11Jun2024: (TSX:CPLF) Copperleaf announced that it had entered into a definitive arrangement agreement with Industrial and Financial Systems, IFS AB (“IFS”) pursuant to which IFS will acquire all of the common shares of Copperleaf for $12.00 cash per share, representing a total equity value of $1.0B on a fully diluted basis. The Consideration represents premium of 18% to the closing price per Share immediately prior to announcement of the Transaction and 66% to the volume weighted average trading price over the prior 90 days.

8Oct2021: Copperleaf Technologies‘ shares soared on its first official day of trading, up 32.64% from its original $15 listing price, and closing at $22.88 per share, leaving the company with an estimated market cap of approximately $1.3 billion ($1 billion US). The Offering was upsized from an initial size of $125 million as a result of excess demand.
